1. General

1.1 Rocky Cleaning LTD provides premium cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients.
1.2 These Terms apply to all bookings and customers who use our services.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect once posted on our website or communicated via email.

2. Services

2.1 Our services include regular, deep, and specialized cleaning for homes, offices, and larger properties.
2.2 Full details of your service will be provided upon booking confirmation.
2.3 While we strive for exceptional results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or issues caused by pre-existing conditions.
2.4 Additional services may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.

3. Bookings & Payment

3.1 All appointments must be confirmed by email, phone, or through our online system.
3.2 Full payment is required before or immediately upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards and other options listed on our website.
3.3 Pricing is based on service scope, property size, and required duration. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours in advance without any fees.
4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
4.3 Last-minute rescheduling (within 48 hours) is subject to availability and may include additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property and access instructions.
5.2 The property should be free from hazards or dangerous conditions.
5.3 Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before the service begins.

6. Liability

6.1 Rocky Cleaning LTD is insured for any direct damages caused by our staff. Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
6.2 We are not liable for damage caused by structural faults, wear and tear, or existing property issues.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by extreme weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control.

7. Service Termination

7.1 Rocky Cleaning LTD reserves the right to cancel or stop services if our staff face unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or breaches of these Terms.
7.2 Refunds related to terminated services will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Rocky Cleaning LTD, we stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied, please refer to the policy below to see if you are eligible for a refund or revision.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of service completion.
2.2 Refunds will be considered if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed.

  • Damage was caused directly by a Rocky Cleaning LTD staff member.

2.3 Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Issues due to pre-existing damage or property conditions.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Email us at info@rockycleaning.co.uk with your booking reference and a clear explanation of the issue.
3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Service Revisions

4.1 In many cases, we may offer a free service revision instead of a refund.
4.2 Revisions must be requested and scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

5.1 Cancellation fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
5.2 Once performed, additional services requested by the client are also non-refundable.
